Migrate Roaming profiles from v1 to V2
I am testing the Migrator.
Configured it to grab a profile from my profile storage and put a migrated one at the same place. Put couple of test files on v1 desktop and in My Documents. Set up IE as a migrated applications (without it Migrator did not migrate at all); Started Migration - it successfuly finished and I can see a Username.V2 folder and profile subfolders created in my Profile location.
But neither of my test files are migrated nor desktop settings (like wallpapers)....
I checked the demo provided on the site, and it looks like I do all the same... but no result...
Is it something I am missing?
Thank you,
Alex

Hi Alex,
Profile Migrator uses the default profile of the target (terminal) server as a basis for the new target profile. Only the applications and files you have selected in the application list will be migrated into the new target profile. As you have described in your thread, you selected just IE for migration so Profile Migrator had created a new target profile and migrated the Internet Explorer settings from the source profile into the target profile.
Please try to select the "File System - Desktop" ACS file. This will copy all files placed on the desktop from the source profile to the target profile.
Migrating the wallpaper is currently supported only for client and cloud modes and not for migrating roaming profiles. This feature is on our todo list and will be implemented in one of the next versions.
